Training
Many companies and individuals are already directly involved in their
own international business operations, and need only to enhance their
skills and knowledge to become more effective international traders.
In order to serve those who wish to increase their international business
capabilities for their own action and benefit, we offer export training
to provide our years of experience, insights, and knowledge for our
clients. The learning process never stops, especially in the ever-changing
global economy in which we are all now operate.
We provide workshops and training to companies, groups, government,
and individuals including:
 |

participants’ return to work |
Our workshops are not typical one-way seminars delivered by
people with little hands-on experience; instead, they are highly interactive
sessions that harness the power of the peer group, driven by international
trade professionals that work on the front lines of international trade
every day. And since participants are already motivated professionals
with experience at least in their own industry, they often have valuable
knowledge and insights that can be drawn out by our facilitator for
the benefit of the group.
In addition to the structured group discussions that comprise part
of our workshops, other methods of learning are also employed, including:
 |
Team negotiations |
 |
Debates |
 |
Case studies |
 |
Group work |
 |
Role playing |
 |
Discussions of current trade events |
Apart from the knowledge that is conferred to all (including, usually,
the facilitator!), participants generally leave workshops more motivated
to succeed than when they arrived, and rate them with high marks in
the evaluation forms they are asked to complete.
Our goal is to help our participants to achieve their goals in international
trade.
